A special tour of Milner Gardens and Woodland, including the Greig Rhododendron Species Garden, on April 3rd at 1:00 pm
Whether you’re new to the club or have been a member for many years, touring beautiful gardens is something we all love to do. Milner Gardens and Woodland is a beautiful 70-acre woodland estate which includes a 10-acre garden, with an interesting past, present and future. Milner has partnered with the NRS (and other Island chapters) on multiple projects over the last few years, including the Greig Rhododendron Species Garden and the Longmeadow Shadehouse. On Thursday, April 3rd , Chris Southwick and John Deniseger are offering all NRS and MARS members a guided tour of Milner. If you’d like to join us, we’ll be meeting at the welcome center, adjacent to the main parking area. Admission to Milner during the shoulder season is $10. If you’re a member of Milner, admission is free. If you’re a member of the NRS or MARS, you’ll have the opportunity to join or renew your annual Milner membership at a 30% discount ($28 instead of $40).
